Job Description
TN F&A STS is seeking a qualified company for the development and execution of a digital marketing and advertising campaign to scale and maintain an engaged audience of Tennesseans within the MyTN mobile application.
BackgroundLaunched in 2020 MyTN is a cuttingedge application transforming how Tennesseans access state services. Aimed at enhancing user experience it offers a single unified portal for a wide range of government services complemented by a userfriendly mobile app. This initiative is not just about convenience; its about reimagining service delivery to ensure efficiency and taxpayer savings. MyTN reflects the states commitment to embracing technology for better customer service and operational effectiveness. Its a digital gateway making state services as accessible and easy as online shopping available anytime anywhere.
The focus of the MyTN program is to improve the way Tennessee delivers services to our citizens through digital channels allowing them 24/7/3NA access in turn reducing time money and resources spent by citizens to determine how to be meet their personal needs.
Todate the MyTN mobile application has had 1NA233 unique usersMyTN page views and offers NA services available within the application.
Responses
Please provide a response to Part 1 (technical) and Part 2 (cost) found in Section 11.0: Evaluation Criteria. Respondents total response to Part 1 must not exceed twenty (20) pages (appendices or attachments do not count to the page limit). Responses should be completed on a separate document saved as .pdf file and submitted to the State by the date and time listed in the SOW Schedule Section 2.
