Job Description:

Good in Genesys Cloud Architecture creating call flows chat flows email flows Outbound and On Queue flows.

Should have overall experience of 56yrs and must have experience of building Cloud environment.

Proficient in creating & handling development of IVR(VXML) and Routing strategies using IRD and Composer for Voice and eServices.

Experience in Platform API integrations Embedded Framework integration Widgets (Chat & Cobrowser) and other options available in Genesys Cloud including Custom Reports and Survey.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business requirements.

1. Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud architecture best practices.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to cloud security.

3. Participate in project planning and execution including defining project scope identifying dependencies and developing detailed work plans.

Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

1. Familiarity with Linux administration and server management tools.

2. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

AWS DevOps (creating pipelines templates and deploying objects ) Teraform experience Genesys API exposure with Python scripting AWS package creation and deployment API test exposure
