As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the sales team developing strategies to increase sales and achieving revenue targets. You will have a proven track record of success in sales management strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Reporting directly to the Commercial Head the role offers the opportunity for growth and development.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Lead motivate and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Analyse sales data and trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.

  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
