Job Description
UST is seeking a Principal Generative AI Solutions Architect lead the development of a Generative AI practice centered on LLMs and Code Modernization with Data bricks, and Pyspark. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with excellent communication skills, capable of building client prototypes, and leading a team of AI/ML engineers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Solutions Architect
- 5+ years of experience with machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques
- Hands-on experience in developing models, optimizing model training and tuning, and deploying LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, BERT, or Transformer-based architectures
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing and understanding of language modeling and semantic understanding
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives and technical personnelResponsibilities:
- Fine-tune and build Generative AI models to empower enterprise customers
- Engage with other Solution Architects, guiding customer engagements and developing materials to enable customers and partners to leverage ML/AI on AWS
- Build prototypes, PoCs, and explore new solutions in close interaction with customers
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with distributed data and model parallel libraries, RLHF, fine-tuning, and building LLMs
- Demonstrated thought leadership and strategic thinking in an enterprise environment
- Experience with LangChain, LLAMAIndex, Foundation model tuning, Data Augmentation, and Performance Evaluation frameworks
