Data Engineer

DBServices helps to design develop and support digital platforms for large and midsized companies in ITC Banking Retail Government Health and other industries in Europe and Americas.

Tasks

• Collaborate closely with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions to address business challenges.
• Utilize Alteryx to develop workflows collaborating with IT teams to ensure data is processed and readily available for users.
• Adhere to IT software development governance rules while developing workflows.
• Analyze estimate and define tasks necessary to deliver data projects effectively.
• Maintain and evolve assets created during projects to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science Applied Math or a similar area.

• Proficiency in data preparation and reconciliation.

• Demonstrated expertise in Alteryx and VBA with a minimum of 2 years of Alteryx experience.

• Strong knowledge of SQL.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to quickly become autonomous and proactive.

• Proficiency in English minimum B2 level (mandatory).

• Genuine passion for learning continuous improvement and helping others with a proven ability to turn ideas into realities.

• Willingness to travel abroad for short periods as required.

• Nice to Have / Plus:

• Experience with Power BI.

• Previous experience in the financial area.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban).

• Proficiency in French.
