Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in Zoho CRM to enhance our operational efficiencies and customer relationship management. This role is crucial in optimizing our CRM system developing robust reporting mechanisms and ensuring that our business processes are strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Optimization: Implement and customize Zoho CRM to streamline customer interactions and sales processes.
• System Implementation: Develop and integrate systems to enhance data collection and process automation across various departments.
• Reporting and Analytics: Design and maintain regular reporting systems using Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights into sales customer trends and operational efficiency.
• Strategic Business Analysis: Work closely with senior management to translate business needs into system requirements and ensure that the CRM and analytics tools are aligned with business objectives.
• Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure optimal use of the CRM system and foster datadriven decisionmaking.
• Process Improvement: Continually assess and enhance business processes leveraging data from CRM to improve organizational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM and a strong background in business intelligence and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in data analysis and report creation using Zoho Analytics.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and a detailoriented approach to challenges.
• Superior communication skills capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to nontechnical team members.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably within the retail sector.
