Job Description
Job Title: Home Health RN
Shift: Monday to Friday 40hrs;Make your own schedule
Salary: $75k $100k; Pay Per Visit w/ 6 month guarantee
Sign On Bonus: $15k
Client Information:
Our client is a large healthcare network servicing 29 counties in Pennsylvania and parts of New York Ohio and West Virginia.
Position Information:
Join our extraordinary care team as a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse. This position supports patients in Irwin PA and surrounding areas providing management and delivery of patient care plans. Additional Details:
This role will work with their clients/patients in East Pittsburgh PA and surrounding areas; primary need East End Oakland (University of Pittsburgh) This role will be responsible for traveling to the patients home and providing Home Health Care The majority of patients that youll see are Geriatric Note Client offers skilled hands on home health services to our patients and deliver a patient centered IDT approach to care . Our nurses see 57 patients per day in their homes or facilities we have partnerships with and documentation is expected to be completed within 24 hours of the visit.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid Regular Driver License (DL)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
