Job Description
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Bay Area; Redwood City Vallejo Concord South San Francisco Brentwood Hayward
Shift: Create your own schedule and hours
Salary: $115000 $125000 per year
Facility Information:
Our client is the largest home health agency in San Francisco and the fastest growing in the Bay Area providing care to over 2500 patients.
Position Information:
In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing speaking and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech language cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team.

Requirements
- Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Valid CA Drivers License
- Experience in home health care is highly preferred
- Experience with high acuity patients is a plus
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired
