Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing loan applications for potential risks including an applicant s ability to repay the loan.
  • Reviewing financial statements to determine the individual or company s ability to repay its loan.
  • Analyzing financial data to assess risk exposure and recommend solutions.
  • Reviewing of PO loan Bridge Finance Working capital loan Income discounting etc
  • Reviewing a borrower s credit history to determine their risk of defaulting on a loan or other financial obligation.
  • Communicating findings with other team members within the lending institution or other parties involved in the decisionmaking process.
  • Monitoring loans to detect signs of financial distress or possible fraud.
  • Preparing reports summarizing the findings of the analysis and recommending next steps
  • Reviewing business plans to determine whether applicants have realistic expectations about their ability to repay loans.
  • Loan Monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report.
  • Preparing and sending of monthly credit bureau report to credit bureau companies.
  • Ability to motivate team members positively towards the job.



Requirements


  • 3 6 years professional experience preferably in the SME loan transactions
  • Candidate should have bachelor s degree in business finance accounting economics or related field
  • Excellent Numerical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of all regulatory policies and procedure
  • Ability to recognize problems and apply Risk Management techniques to address them.
  • Excellent Leadership team management developing and mentoring.
  • Highlevel influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Analytical mind
  • Problemsolving aptitude.

Minimum academic qualification of a good first degree in any discipline A minimum of 5 years experience in e-collections unit or related e-business functions in banks or FIs Sound Knowledge of Business Development Excellent Collections products knowledge Sound Customer Service Knowledge Good Relationship Management Knowledge Sound Business Environment Good Industry analysis Good Financial analysis Interpersonal skills Communication (oral & written) Computer appreciation / data entry (word-processing/spreadsheet/presentation) Adequate technical ability. Numerate & Analytical Organized and ability to work in tight deadlines situations. Key Performance Indicator: Growth in Collections Revenue (N'm) Growth in Collections Transaction Value/Volume Growth in Merchant/Biller Acquisition Growth in number of transacting customers Customer Satisfaction Platform Availability Liability Retention Ratio CBG Cash Balance Sheet Volume Targets
