Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Generate highquality leads through outbound prospecting techniques like cold calling email outreach and social selling.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs challenges and budget to identify those with a genuine interest and buying potential.
  • Conduct indepth product or service knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively and benefits to potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to close deals.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to developing winning sales strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products or services and effectively communicate their value proposition.
  • Research and identify target markets to expand our customer base.
  • Input lead and customer data into CRM system and maintain accurate records.


  • Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in business development sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and exceeding sales quotas (if applicable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present products confidently or services.
  • A gogetter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
