Social Media - Customer Support with Dutch - Remote Work

You will support Dutchspeaking clients of the biggest social media platform in the world. Providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to companys clients needs to sustain and expand their businesses as social media content creators.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting content creators and influencers in various social media platforms;
  
• Subscription Management Account Management Technical Troubleshooting;
  
• Processing inquiries from new and existing customers (small and mediumsized businesses) via telephone email and live chat;
  
• No sales involved;
  
• Supporting the customers after they purchased services;
  
• Independent and proactive solution finding using the constantly available knowledge base;
  

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch
  
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Base salary: 1298 gross
