SRPRODUCTION ENGINEER

2. Manufacturing Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques to streamline production processes improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

   
   

3. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that heavy equipment meets performance standards regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

   
   

4. Materials Selection and Testing: Evaluate materials for use in heavy equipment manufacturing considering factors such as strength durability and cost. Conduct material testing and analysis to ensure suitability for intended applications.

   
   

5. Production Planning and Scheduling: Work with production planners to develop schedules allocate resources and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines and production targets.

   
   

6. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to source components and materials for heavy equipment manufacturing. Evaluate supplier performance and implement strategies to improve quality cost and delivery reliability.

   
   

7. Prototype Testing and Validation: Oversee prototype testing and validation activities to ensure that designs meet performance and safety requirements. Analyze test data and feedback to make design improvements as needed.

   
   

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction process improvement and innovation in heavy equipment manufacturing. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality reliability and competitiveness.

   
   

9. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards regulations and safety requirements governing the design manufacture and operation of heavy equipment.

   
   

10. Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams resolving manufacturing issues and implementing solutions to improve product quality and efficiency.

    
    

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications may be preferred.

  
  

• Proven experience in heavy equipment manufacturing or a related industry with a strong understanding of engineering principles materials and manufacturing processes.

  
  

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for product design and manufacturing process optimization.

  
  

• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

  
  

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and coordinate crossfunctional teams.
