What were looking for
We are looking for a datadriven marketing generalist to assist our marketing team with content marketing social media strategy development and other marketing operations. Working closely with all members of the marketing team the marketing generalist will ensure that all efforts are aligned with longterm marketing goals and strategy.

To be an ideal candidate you should have a strong background in marketing with indepth knowledge of the crypto space and current marketing trends in crypto. You should also
thrive in a fastpaced remote environment and be able to switch quickly from one side of marketing operations to the other.

What will you do
Work collaboratively across the organization with other departments to coordinate delivery of marketing tasks and projects
Manage social media accounts and ensure posts are high quality
Identify good influencer partners to help promote our company
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategy
Research current trends and gather data to inform longterm strategy
Conduct regular reviews of Energis online presence
Manage inbound marketing collaboration queries
Conduct competitor research and analysis


Essential Requirements
3 years of experience in marketing in an agency or inhouse team
1 years of experience in crypto marketing
selfdriven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
Experience managing projects and tasks using an established PM platform
fluent English communicator
wellversed in using analytic tools to uncover insights and trends
Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have
Experience working in a fully remote environment
degree in marketing or another relevant field
