Role Overview:
The role involves assisting customers through different communication channels regarding inquiries related to subscriptions billing and technical troubleshooting. Additionally providing support for account management and software functionality is essential. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and maintaining detailed records of interactions are key responsibilities. The role also includes offering application support to customers with a focus on software functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via various channels with inquiries regarding subscriptions billing and technical problems.
• Provide support for account management and software functionality.
• Offer accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions including inquiries complaints and resolutions.
• Provide application support to customers focusing on software functionality.

• C1/C2 proficiency in Italian
• B2/C1 proficiency in English
