Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our business forward. The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets developing and implementing sales strategies training and motivating the sales team and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
Manage the sales team including setting goals coaching and providing feedback
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
Monitor competition and market trends to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or a related field
3 years of experience in sales management preferably in a related industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
