Private Practice Opportunity for Providers:

• Wellestablished Primary Care group that is expanding with an additional Family Medicine service to provide primary care to patients.

Position Requirements:

• Parttime

Qualifications:

• Excellent clinical and communication skills and must love building relationships with patients.
• An interest in using technology to deliver high quality evidencebased primary care
• The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing health care delivery
• NP certification required
