Job Description

Title Admin Filing Clerk
Duration 12 months contract to hire
Location Los Angeles CA 90065
Pay Rate $20.00/ hr.
Summary
The Client is seeking a meticulous and organized Administrative Filing Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Filing Clerk you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient filing systems ensuring that documents are appropriately stored and easily retrievable. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


This is 100% onsite Contract to hire opportunity FLSA: NonExempt

Roles & Responsibilities
Compare the invoice documents report to check the status of each customer order.
Responsible for entering data accurately into the respective system without duplicates.
Support in ensuring that the customer orders are processed in a timely manner by
communicating with crossfunctional teams.
Any required troubleshooting and customer service.
Collaborate with finance team warehouse team to investigate any discrepancies.
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems ensuring that documents are properly labeled
categorized and stored according to established procedures.
Retrieve requested documents promptly and accurately providing timely assistance to staff
members and external parties as needed.
Input information into databases spreadsheets and other electronic systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors providing status updates on filing
tasks and addressing any concerns or discrepancies.
Provide general administrative support including photocopying scanning faxing and other clerical tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role with a focus on filing and recordkeeping
preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry system.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
