Senior UXUI Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design initiatives and enhance the user experience across our digital products. This role is integral to our digital transformation efforts within the energy sector. Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design process for this project from concept through to execution.
• Employ usercentered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed information architectures user flows and wireframes to guide cohesive digital experiences.
• Design UI elements and prototypes that align visually with the products brand while delivering functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and use feedback to refine and optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Translate user needs into concrete design solutions for development.
• Keep abreast of design trends and emerging technologies advocating for their adoption to boost the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to manage projects independently.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred).
• Indepth understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in leading design projects and delivering outstanding outcomes.
• Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in usability testing and user research.
• Knowledge of development processes and how to collaborate within them.
• Proficiency in both English and Polish is required.
