Job Description

KTI Talent Indicator is an AIpowered talent discovery software platform that provides talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training for companies. Currently we are seeking a Nurse.

Location:Romford UK.

Functions

  • Provide nursing care and leadership as a Nurse Team Leader at Dunelm Nursing Home.
  • Assist in the daytoday supervision and mentoring of the nursing and care team.
  • Ensure the effective operation of the home prioritizing the delivery of exceptional care to residents with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

Requirements

  • Possession of RNMH/RNLD/RGN qualifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working as a qualified nurse.
  • Active PIN (Professional Identification Number).
  • Ability to work varying shifts totaling 37 hours per week.
