And weneed your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fastpaced with a breadth of daytoday activities and endless development opportunities.
This is a fulltime position based on an Asia Pacific time zone supporting our IT environment and global workforce. The role can be remote or working from home with normal working hours of Monday to Friday 9am 6pm

What are the main responsibilities for this role
At CGA we depend on having our IT systems work smoothly. We are a fastpaced global company and downtime makes us sad.
As one of our IT Technicians you will be helping make sure that we can keep changing the world student by student.
The role is focused on providing the best IT experience that we can to Crimson Global Academy (CGA) sometimes it will be investigating possible new solutions investigating how we improve our existing solutions so things are automated and just work. Sometimes it will be looking after our people across the globe with their IT support needs
You will attend to support requests (such as account configuration assisting with global hardware procurement etc) and you will deal with urgent support requests that arise during your workday. Being a global business there may sometimes be a need to work outside of normal working hours.
Specifically the role will include things like (this is not an exhaustive list):
Further you will be responsible for proactively finding solutions to common problems and creating guides and documentation to help users solve more and more problems themselves
How will you grow in this role
We area modern cloudfirst company without any legacy IT systems. You will very quickly learn what modern global highgrowth companies need in order to move as quickly as possible. We use bestofbreed systems like Salesforce Marketo and Canvas and well support you to upskill on these technologies in order to support our business as well as helping you learn the skills to integrate other tools with these systems.
