Job Description

Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout India and many other countries in the world.
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Vishakhapatnam
Work Type: Remote
Job Description:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional sales targets.

  • Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team sales goals.

  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with key clients offering solutions and prototypes that cater to their specific requirements.

  • Stay informed about regional market trends and competitor activities and be ready to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Utilize data transformation AI and CRM technologies to improve sales processes and customer interactions.

  • Provide periodic reports on sales performance and projections to the National VP and the executive team

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 7 years of experience in a sales role within the IT services and staffing industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with IT Managers CIOs and procurement officers with a history of delivering tailored IT solutions.

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • A good understanding of the SLED market and the ability to navigate its specific challenges and opportunities.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Schedule:

  • Night Shifts (6:30 pm 3:30 am).
