MDMSTEP Stibo Architect

Skills and Requirements:

• 12 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions
• At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of the MDM solution for Product MDM &PIM
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions
• Must have customer facing experience management skills and a strong technical background
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamfacilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design architecture and technical delivery of highquality Stibo solution.
• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
• Lead requirements gathering and highlevel design workshops
• Work closely with business analysts to develop tobe business process based on industry standard and best practices
• Define data governance strategies policies roles responsibilities processes controls and rules
• Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules
• Configure build and unit test STEP components including data structures roles workflows and portals
