Job Description

Dear Applicants,

Please note - We have this opening for multiple locations like Bahrain / Kuwait and Qatar - subject to preference and company requirements.

Please find below the job description for your reference:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development initiatives aligned with the firm’s business goals.

Design and deliver training programs for new hires, existing employees, and emerging leaders.

Oversee and provide feedback for all learning programs held at the firm’s locations.

Conduct needs analysis to determine if off-the-shelf professional skill programs meet business needs.

Benchmark against external best practices to ensure innovative and effective programs.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of instructional designers and other HR professionals.

Advocate for the enterprise learning and development strategy and curriculum.

Measure the ROI for all training completed.

Qualifications:

Experience in the Management Consultancy field.

Bachelor’s/ master’s degrees in relevant fields; preferably with an Executive MBA and/or master’s in organizational psychology.

Active certification in learning and development and/or coaching (e.g., CPLP, SPHR, ICF).

Strong leadership and coaching skills and willing to mentor.

Stakeholder Management

Proven experience (12+ years) in designing, building, and executing effective learning and development strategies.

Strong understanding, illustrated by previous “on the job” examples and references, of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Ability to manage a team effectively.

Arabic language is a preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all operational projects, tasks, activities within the learning function in the ME region.

Design and implement training programs that align with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional business and enablement teams to ensure effective program delivery and observable utilization of learning tools from the program participants.

Stay consistently abreast of local, regional, and global industry trends and best practices in learning and development
