The employee will beresponsible for support and development ofthe team and creation of agreatCustomer Experience through Continuous Improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Quality Management leadership
- Deploy customers Quality Management Framework to support Operations
- Proactively ensure Quality assurance activities meet and exceed standards
- Address and resolve client qualityrelated concerns promptly
- Maintain highest Quality standards in a dynamic environment
- Meet and exceed Quality KPI and SLA targets
- Drive endtoend delivery of Quality requirements as per SOW
- Track measure and report performance; strengthen Quality Management Framework
- Analyze quality performance and process capability identify trends
- Drive Process Improvement standardization and automation
- Manage customer and stakeholder expectations escalations
- Ensure process adherence audit compliance
- Perform Risk Management drive awareness and training
- Lead Quality organization contribute to business reviews presentations
- Provide feedback mentoring to Quality Team Lead
- Participate in training programs for continuous development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English both verbal and written (minimum C1 level) fluency in any of the following languages: German Dutch Norwegian Finnish Swedish Danish or Polish
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in Quality Management within a BPO environment (min. 5 years)
- Track record of formal people management roles (min. 3 year)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinking
- Agile mindset
- Good presentation skills
- Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma COPC or other quality improvement systems
- Strong leadership skills and abilities
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
