About this role

As part of our Marketing team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Marketing & Communications Associateis responsible forsupporting the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at demand generation and brand awareness. Additionally the associate ensures robust internal communications maintaining transparency and engagement across departments. By collaborating with various teams the associate aids in aligning marketing initiatives with corporate goals and measures the effectiveness of these strategies to optimize outcomes. This role is crucial for fostering both external market competitiveness and internal organizational unity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans
• Drive operational and administrative efficiencies though improved processes and
  system support
• Website management: Update and maintain corporate website. Collect visitor statistics andother important parameters on a monthly basis to provide data to support website development
• Intranet management and development support
• Facilitate the preparation of materials to support meetings industry events and conferences
• Assist in design and development of marketing and promotional materials for both print andelectronic media as well as digital platforms (brochures leaflets greeting cards invitationsbanners rollups giveaways etc.) in compliance with the TFS Graphic Guidelines/Brand Manual
• Event Planning: Provide support of company events external and internal including but notlimited to preevent promotion corporate collateral promotional items sponsorshiprelatedactivities exhibit requirements postevent followup etc.
• Manage costs e.g. expenses appropriately and to submit claims in a timely manner
• Work with management to develop corporate marketing budget and manage expenses to thatbudget
• Responsible for maintaining the corporate library of marketing materials (collateral
  reference sheets case studies etc.) presentations (TAs executive summary etc.) in
  Salesforce and the Intranet
• Support with administration of company external and internal communications via variousmediums including but not limited to email campaigns direct mail social media websiteprinted/digital collateral newsletters press releases etc.
• Monitor corporate mailbox in outlook and ensure the timely distribution to the appropriateparties within TFS for follow up/response
• Maintain accuracy of corporate collateral and presentations templates; ensure materials alignwith corporate vision values and goals
• Reasonable ad hoc duties as require

Qualifications: (Max 56)

• Ability to interact positively and effectively with multiple departments
• Solid editing and researching skills
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop InDesign) and contentmanagement systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Effective problem solving abilities.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
