Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process including negotiating offers and assisting with onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and resultsdriven attitude with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
