Position Description
Our rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced Marketing Communication and Event Manager to continue to enhance Cinemos visibility in the market. You will play a pivotal role in elevating our brands recognition through creative communications campaigns and events that generate leads and contribute to Cinemos further growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies to elevate brand visibility and reputation
- Craft engaging content across various mediums and manage PR activities
- Lead the planning implementation and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to craft campaign messaging creative assets and select optimal distribution channels while continuously monitoring and enhancing performance for optimal ROI
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR
- Initiate drive and develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners
- Select plan coordinate and execute both virtual and inperson events aligned with Cinemos vision and mission managing event budgets timelines and logistics
- Monitor ROI of all activities and refine strategies accordingly to maximize performance
Experience & Skills
- At least several years of proven experience in B2B marketing communications PR social media and event planning
- Proficiency in crafting compelling copy for various channels and mediums with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Handson and cando mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in the English language
