Scrum Master Junior 7438-1011

HM Note: This junior hybrid role is three (3) days in office

Description:

Serve as a team member as part of the Agile team and support efforts to implement adopt and sustain Agile processes principles and practices;

Serve the scrum team by leading and coaching team selforganization crossfunctionality and aligning to the mandate of delivering value;

Remove team impediments that prevent or hinder team capability and cohesion;

Facilitate discussion decisionmaking and conflict resolution;

Advocate for the scrum team across the organization and actively question practices and approaches that are not inline with scrum theory;

Partner with the Project Manager and amp; Product Owner working closely with them to effectively create maintain and groom the product backlog;

Create communication forums for the product owner scrum team and associated stakeholders to ensure the vision goals and product delivery commitments are visible and well understood;

Help employees consultants vendors and other stakeholders understand and enact scrum as well as empirical and emergent product development welcoming change that enhances the productivity of the team;

Work with other business/technical areas to facilitate increasing organization maturity and effectiveness in the application of Scrum across the organization.

• Prepares training materials training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines.

• Azure DevOps (must have)
• Experience managing multiple scrum teams in parallel
• Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I and amp;IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
• Communication facilitation negotiation consensus building and problemsolving skills
• Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
• Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
• Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
• Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in selforganization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
• Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
• Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance

Desirable and nbsp;Skills

• Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach Scrum Master Lean Six Sigma Black/Green/Yellow Belt etc.

Communication Skills 10%

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written to prepare documentation reports note keeping status updates and assessments
• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a userfriendly manner
• Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner

Must Haves:

• 35 Years of Scrum Master experience
