Coverage Period: Jul 1 2024 Ongoing
Coverage Type: Clinical Call
Shift Schedule: MonFri; 8a5p
Call Schedule: Nights; 5p8a & Weekends; 24hr call
Patient Volume: 1214 (OP) TBD (IP)
Patient Demographics: Adult
No. of Consults: 510 per day
Physicians in Practice: 17 Cardiologists
Support Staff: APPs (will support rounding)
Required Procedures:
Echocardiography Transesophageal Echocardiography Electrical Cardioversions Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Treadmill Stress Tests Chemical Stress Tests Echocardiography and Transesophageal Echocardiography
Trauma Level: I
EMR: Epic
Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
Also supervise stress tests cardiac rehab as needed.
Other Info: NOT responsible for direct admissions; hospitalists will handle admissions.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
MN License
BC/BE
ACLS
local candidates are preferred
