This is a remote position.
As an Tech Officer at Spazafy you will play a crucial role in driving futuristic technology advancements for our clients. This role will adequately expand your horizons and enable you the joy of introducing clients to the latest developments in technology that promote efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daytoday operation of the companys IT infrastructure ensuring its reliability security and scalability.
Implement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in the IT environment.
Manage IT procurement including hardware software and services to meet the organizations needs while staying within budgetary constraints.
Provide technical support and guidance to endusers troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement new technologies and systems that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Lead IT projects from initiation to completion including planning resource allocation and stakeholder communication to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
Mentor and train junior IT staff fostering their professional development and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer science IT or related field
Proven track record in setting and developing systems or related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
