Electrical Site Engineer Real Estate

• Design and develop comprehensive electrical systems for construction projects encompassing power distribution lighting and communication systems ensuring they meet project requirements and standards.
• Review project specifications and requirements in detail to understand the electrical needs of the project and develop appropriate design plans to meet those requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with architects contractors and vendors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall project design coordinating effectively to address any design conflicts or challenges.
  
• Supervise the installation testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems ensuring that work is carried out according to design plans specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues that arise during construction providing technical expertise and innovative solutions to resolve problems effectively and maintain project progress.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle adhering to industry best practices to minimize risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks of electrical work to verify compliance with design plans specifications and safety standards maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Provide training and support to project teams on electrical systems and equipment sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure proper installation operation and maintenance of electrical systems throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes regulations and standards.
• Experience with power distribution lighting and control systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
