Civil Site Engineer Real Estate

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to plan and design civil engineering aspects of construction projects considering technical requirements budget constraints and timelines.
  
• Conduct comprehensive site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility soil conditions and environmental factors providing valuable insights for project planning and design.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings specifications and cost estimates ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coordination: Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are understood and integrated into project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and quality conducting regular site visits to resolve technical issues address concerns and ensure work is completed according to specifications and standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams assisting with problemsolving decisionmaking and resolving technical challenges as they arise.
  
• Conduct inspections and assessments of completed work to verify compliance with specifications and standards identifying any deficiencies and coordinating corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering preferably in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
