On behalf of our client which is in the chemicals industry
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions for potential fundraising opportunities
- Understand and assess the risks involved in the financial activities of the projects
- Achieve a proper mix of equity or debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
- Assist in the preparation of fund raising proposals for specific project working closely with crossfunctional teams
- Provide assistance in executing and closings of transactions including development of initial term sheets transaction structuring negotiations of final documentation etc.
- Assess the impact of regulatory requirements on project costs and timelines.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- Possess 510 years of either project finance/structured finance experience/ M&A
- Understand the industrial business (Agrochemical sector is preferred)
- Strong financial tools sourcing skillsets (including but not limited to banks loans bonds PE IPO etc)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
- Good team player able to organize his/her work and meet tight deadlines
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin/Chinese
- Possess strong business acumen and international mindset
- Have experience in working with ASEAN markets
