One of our clients in the gaming industry based in Toronto Canada is looking for a Graphics Programmer.


Heres the challenge:

Are you the one

  • Graphics Guru: Youre a skilled and motivated programmer who writes clean logical and cuttingedge realtime rendering code.
  • Engine Architect (Graphics Edition): From the ground up youll implement lowlevel graphics systems within our proprietary engine.
  • Tech Trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve by researching academic papers and integrating the latest advancements in realtime rendering.
  • Code Crusader: Debug optimize and modify code to maintain the highest standards for quality readability and reliability.
  • Performance Maestro: Review test and verify code for correctness robustness and peak efficiency.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with designers and artists to translate the games vision into functional userfriendly graphics systems.

We Want You If:

  • You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience developing graphics engines for shipped games.
  • Youre an expert in C and HLSL wielding the power of a DirectX 12 renderer.
  • You possess a deep understanding of advanced lowlevel graphics systems including lighting shading and postprocessing.
  • You have a keen eye for visuals and the technical knowhow to achieve photorealistic realtime rendering.
  • Youve written and debugged code within a proprietary or commercial C 3D game engine (think Unreal Engine).
  • Youre a selfstarter with exceptional technical and communication skills.
  • You have a passion for developing highquality video games and engine systems.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience crafting platformspecific graphics code for the latest consoles.
  • Proficiency in programming with Java.
