Title Senior Firmware Developer Your Role and Responsibilities As a Firmware developer you will be responsible for designing and developing components and features independently. You would be a part of WW Firmware development organization and would be involved in designing & developing cutting edge features on the OpenBMC stack for next generation enterprise Power servers.

• 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Proficient in C & C programming
• Working experience with Yocto Project & expert in Linux concepts
• Hands on experience working with OpenEmbedded build system BitBake build tool Git Jenkins & Meson
• Experience with evaluating CVEs & porting security fixes in open source packages
• Proficient in Networking concepts (Socket programming/DHCP/VLAN/SSDP/LLDP/LACP/Linux Firewalls) & experience on Network Switches
• Working knowledge of any scripting tool (Python/Perl/Bash)
• Exposure to Server Management protocols (Redfish PLDM)
• Proven debugging & problem determination skills
• Should be a selfstarter team player and flexible to work in an agile fashion collaborating with global teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Exposure to OpenBMC project

Preferred Education Masters Degree
