Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager with HCM
Location: Miramar FL (Hybrid)
Terms: Contract
Must Haves: Excellent communicator able to lead through others and share bigpicture ideas while managing daily program activities. HCM technology experience is important. Master project management experience aligned to PMI able to coach and lead contract and FTE PMs through successful project management (incl. financial management WBS time management risk/issue management and mitigation project management presentation materials etc)
Nice to Haves: HCM solution delivery experience SAP SuccessFactors delivery experience
