Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Property Manager for managing four properties in a multifamily portfolio totaling around 1500 apartments. This is a remote position howeven the Property Manager should be based in Altnata and willing to do Property visits when required
Below are the job details:

As a Regional Property Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the operations of multiple properties within the designated geographical region. You will lead a team of property managers ensuring compliance with regulations optimizing property performance and fostering positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
Qualifications:Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills Minimum 5 years of experience in property management with experience in managing multiple properties managed simultaneously Strong knowledge of real estate laws regulations and leasing practices Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region as needed

Tenant Relations and Lease Negotiation:
Serve as primary point of contact for tenant inquiries concerns and lease negotiations
Ensure excellent tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and maintaining open communication channels
Implement tenant retention strategies to minimize vacancies and optimize retention rates
