FPNA Specialist

Job Purpose: The role holder is responsible for supporting the Head FPA in overseeing and executing processes necessary to plan record analyze and report on financial performance of the company.

Key Accountabilities:

Individual Accountabilities

• Assist the budgeting and forecasting process including assessment of economic and Zee specific business drivers to qualify their impact on Zee financials and improve the forecasting process
• Support annual budgeting financial modelling and variable cost productivity processes
• Maintain operational metrics modify and maintaining operational and design effectiveness of internal controls
• Support in the preparation and execution of standardized monthly and adhoc financial reporting and monitor actual vs. budget for identifying reasons for variances
• Formulate dashboards benchmarking and other analytics to proactively alert the organization about performance and issues
• Support the implementation of MIS and dashboards which support objective decision making to drive operational and financials excellence
• Deliver weekly monthend quarterend and yearend reporting requirements in accordance with deadlines
• Assist in the creation of presentations summarizing business performance for Senior Management Board of Directors Investor Relations etc.
• Ensure Cost center control & management with respect to budgets / creation / approval trails

Key Shared Accountabilities

• Partner with Business teams to understand business challenges highlight risks and develop recommendations for course correction to meet business objectives
