Title: Senior OBIEE Developer

Location: Remote

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in crafting OBIEE solutions covering reports dashboards and analyses.
• Proficient in data modeling including dimensional star and snowflake schemas to build efficient and scalable data structures for OBIEE repositories.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL for ETL processes within OBIEE environments.
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica PowerCenter for data integration tasks.
• Skilled in creating and managing Oracle BI repositories (RPD files) using the Oracle BI Administration Tool including metadata modeling and security optimization.
• Ability to develop and customize reports and dashboards in OBIEE using tools such as Oracle BI Answers Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle BI Delivers.
• Capable of identifying and optimizing performance bottlenecks in OBIEE reports queries and data models for optimal performance and scalability.
• Understanding of OBIEE server administration tasks including configuration security setup user management and system monitoring.
• Experience in integrating OBIEE with other systems and applications using APIs web services or data connectors.
• Able to create and maintain technical documentation including design documents and user guides to support OBIEE development projects.
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with business stakeholders data analysts and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest OBIEE releases and best practices through selflearning and training programs.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience) is typically required.
