Job Description
Job Title: Drupal Website Strategist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Drupal best practices and expertise in guiding a Drupal development team
- Ability to provide technical guidance and consultation to the Drupal project team during site development
- Experience in managing major Drupal core upgrades and implementing USWDS (U.S. Web Design System) into Drupal site themes
- Proficiency in researching potential technology options for different use cases and providing sound recommendations based on industry standards and project requirements
- Familiarity with DrupalVM Acquia BLT and virtual machine development environments for Drupal site development
- Knowledge of webbased graphics responsive design accessibility and 508 compliance standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the Drupal project team and stakeholders as well as Acquia for hosting environment configuration
- Ability to draft and review SOPs guides and documentation related to Drupal development processes and tasks
