Together with our partner EGON OLDENDORFF Management GmbH we are looking for a Teamlead Product Management (m/f/d) for the fleet unit for our location in Lbeck or Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• You are responsible for leading a team of three team members in the department Product Management Fleet cultivating a culture of continuous learning and fostering professional growth within the team
• With your visionary approach you conduct requirements analyses together with the stakeholders and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the product strategy together with your team
• You manage the implementation of compliance and performance requirements such as integrating sensor technology into the fleet to measure consumption data to facilitate data accessibility for the business
• In collaboration with the fleet department you are responsible for the further development and cloud migration of the central fleet management software
• You keep an eye on promising market trends and automation opportunities such as AIdriven corision detection in cargo spaces and manage their assessment and implementation

Profil

• You have comprehensive expertise in product management in the field of digitization/technology
• You have experience in leading (project)teams ideally in an international environment
• Preferably you have a background in the shipping industry and are familiar with fleet software
• You have excellent communication skills and have a strong competence in stakeholder management
• You are business fluent in English and ideally have fluency in German
