We are looking for a Content Creation Executive to join our Marketing team in a full time permanent role.
This is genuinely the chance to take on a role in a marketing team being built to be different. We are not looking for people to join us and replicate established norms or work like every other marketing department on earth. We are looking for a team of passionate creative marketeers to own specific marketing responsibilities to grow our business and build a global company from a strong UK market foundation. How they do this is only limited by their creativity and execution.

You don’t need a degree to apply you don’t need 20 years of marketing experience to apply but the role may appeal to a marketing lifer frustrated by the status quo and keen to do things a new way.

One of the brands is the allinone AI powered property marketing platform for estate agents and property marketeers worldwide. We help estate agents list properties fast win more instructions grow market share and manage their brand online. From photo enhancements to 3D floor plans social media videos to autocreated property descriptions this brand is truly there to help estate agents win.

Our other brand is the UK’s leading visual content partner for estate agents. We’re transforming the way people buy and sell property with our innovative digital products including professional photography and floorplans photo enhancements Matterport 360° tours video trailers and guided virtual viewing technology.

What you’ll own

• All content creation including video content written copy and graphic design.

What you’ll achieve

• Creation of a conveyor belt of assets that can be deployed by the digital and campaign marketing executives to generate subscribers on a frequent basis
• Each asset to be compelling in its own right and inspire real estate agents to signup
• Creation of strong messaging that talks to the needs of estate agents around the world
• Creation of a library of content that can be used tactically by our sales teams

How you’ll do it

What you need

• Atleast 2 years of previous marketing experience
• Growth mindset and strong work ethic
• Passion for content creation especially video and visual content
• Ability to write excellent accurate copy in multiple tones of voice
• Brilliant team attitude
• Ability to take the initiative (if you like to be given prescriptive tasks this is not for you)
• Comfort working with software tools as part of your day to day
• Commercial awareness
• Live in the UK with Right to Work
• Ability to travel occasionally within the UK (including to stay away from home)
• Language skills (such as French) desirable but not essential
