Legal Counsel - Commercial mfd

We are hiring a leading European Fintech that is looking for a Legal Counsel to manage commercial matters and contracts.

Its a company that is entering new markets launching new products and establishing highvalue partnerships. Working as the Legal Counsel you will be responsible for supporting the business with commercial aspects of this growth.

Tasks

• Providing support to their sales group for commercial matters including legal advice contract negotiation and drafting.
• Supporting strategies templates training and policies by coordinating and assisting with rollouts and implementations.
• Becoming a trusted business partner to stakeholder management team by building successful and collaborative relationships.
• Being an advocate for the team by driving and endorsing collaboration open communication and impactful change.

Requirements

• 23 years of experience working with commercial legal matters.
• Be a collaborative team player with a willingness to deliver successful solutions to interesting problems.
• Be client and partnershipfocused with an approachable and flexible nature.
• Fluency in English and German.
