Customer Relations Executive - Finance Sector

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join as Customer Relation Executive in the company dealing in Finance sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for highly enthusiastic and resultsoriented individuals. Responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone providing information about products or services and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action.

Job Responsibilities

1) Outbound Calling:

• Place outbound calls to potential customers from a provided database or leads list.
• Introduce products or services highlighting key features and benefits.
• Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest.

2) Customer Engagement:

• Build rapport with customers and establish a positive and professional relationship.
• Address customer inquiries concerns and objections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Provide accurate information about products pricing and promotions.

3) Lead Generation:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Record customer details and feedback in the CRM system.
• Forward qualified leads to the sales team for further followup.

4) FollowUp:

• Conduct followup calls to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Gather feedback and address any postsales concerns.

5) Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members sales representatives and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills friendly demeanor and active listening skills. Ability to convince.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
