Job Description

Looking for candidates who have a competitive nature strong communication skills and are driven sales professional. If you are a strategically minded person with the gift of building client relationships this could be the role for you.

Our client is hiring a Business Development Representative for the Kenosha Wisconsin

Youll be responsible for representing our client in the growth and development of their growing staffing agency.

Duties include

  • Engage with local branch teams to ensure that customers orders are filled with the talent they need.
  • Closes orders and ensures proper documentation is complete.
  • Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.
  • Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and during service delivery.
  • Utilize sales tools such as CRM and tracking tools for reporting and strategy activity.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle where you will be the single point of contact.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure were providing exceptional customer service.

Ideal Candidates will have the following experience and requirements:

  • 25 years related sales experience
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales experience in the staffing industry
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations for assigned territory
  • Knowledge of consultative selling
  • Ability to define problems collect data establish facts draw valid conclusions and make decisions
  • Valid drivers license
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to deliver on target goals
  • Process driven with a systematic approach to improving sales
  • Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability

Strong communication skills and the gift of persuasion. Ensures all channels of communication are leveraged to drive seamless results and to build strong relationships both internally and externallyBilingual language skills a plusAbility to work autonomouslyProficient in using MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
