We are looking for NPD lead engineerMedical Devices with 5 to 8 Years of Medical Devices Domain Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai location.

Key Skills: Medical Devices NPD DOE DHF product verification & Validation DFMEA Test protocol preparation Prototype development and testing

o Projects for Medical Devices ensuring adherence to timelines budget and quality standards. Coordinate activities across multiple departments to drive projects to completion along with provide input on fastener selection materials and processes to optimize product performance and costeffectiveness.

o Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers and manufacturing.
o Work with a multidisciplinary engineering development team that includes application engineering controls engineering mechanical design control hardware design and test / validation

o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential quality issues during the NPI process.

o Maintain accurate records of NPD activities including design specifications testing results and regulatory documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

o Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction throughout the NPI process. Implement best practices and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

o B.E.Mech with 5 to 8 Years of experience in NPD

o Program Management New Product development Vendor Audit skills.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

o Detailoriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

o Solid understanding of quality assurance principles and experience implementing quality control processes.

o Excellent interpersonal verbal written and communication skills.

o Highly motivated high energy can do attitude competitive selfstarter with a strong sense of urgency.

o Fluent in English language.

o Stron Knowledge in DOE DHF product verification & Validation DFMEA Test protocol preparation Prototype development and testing
