Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Receiving Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming shipments verifying contents against purchase orders and ensuring accurate receipt of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Inspect contents to ensure they match purchase orders
- Document and report any discrepancies or damages
- Organize received goods in designated storage areas
- Prepare items for storage or shipment
- Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $18.00$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 50 per week
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving role preferred
- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms and order fulfillment processes
- Proficient in basic math for inventory counting and verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
- Fluency in Mandarin
Licence/Certification:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
