As a Project Coordinator you will lead the coordination and supervision of infield sales activities ensuring consistent ontarget delivery. Collaborating closely with the COO you will plan control and oversee sales efforts while maintaining seamless communication with client stakeholders. Your role will extend beyond administrative tasks to include providing accurate daily reports managing sales collateral and contributing innovative solutions for enhanced sales performance and data tracking. Additionally you will conduct live sales training sessions drawing upon your firsthand experience in doortodoor sales to teach tonality objection handling and rapport building techniques.
Furthermore you will be responsible for the development and mentorship of team leaders reporting directly to you. Over time you will work to nurture their skills and capabilities fostering their growth within the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience in project coordination or a related role with a focus on inperson sales particularly doortodoor
Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings. Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community. Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends. Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays. Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company.
