Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Automation Solutions

Location: New Delhi

About Ankur Lighting:
Ankur Lighting is a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions with a rich legacy spanning over 46 years. As part of our commitment to delivering cuttingedge solutions we have recently expanded our portfolio to include home and commercial automation systems. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive the sales of our automation products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for automation products and services in B2C B2B and B2CH segments.
2. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and emerging technologies in the automation sector.
3. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key clients including architects interior designers and channel partners to generate leads and drive sales.
4. Lead Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure utilizing Ankur Lightings CRM system for effective tracking and followup.
5. Proposal Generation: Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients addressing their specific automation needs.
6. Networking: Leverage existing networks and cultivate new contacts within the automation industry to expand Ankur Lightings market reach.
7. After Sales Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues postsales.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and sales forecasts for reporting purposes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 2/3 years in sales roles preferably in the automation industry.
Strong understanding of automation technologies and systems integration.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented approach and the ability to work independently.
