Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance quality performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain consistency and reliability in product/service delivery.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes procedures and standards.
Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address qualityrelated issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities including reports procedures and records.
Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to quality issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
Provide leadership and guidance to quality control team members fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
